Hey Vivienne, do your posts have to rhyme or is it just for shits and giggles? If the latter, try do a limerick, I'm assuming your sense of humour is infinitely better than mine, and I will react favourably. No Valentino, early wagons are not good.
Lmao at Marchesa telling Miu Miu to take things seriously. On top of that, not saying anything about me.

I read through page 4Jimmy Choo wrote:
why have you decided to switch votes so much without leaving time for pressure?
(Clue: "its RVS" is not an acceptable response)
Fishing for reactions, I wanted to see how people would respond to me behaving like a fool in RVS, also I hoped that this would help us out of RVS quicker. Now that we're out of RVS, I'm gonna scumhunt by more conventional means (I guess you could say).
I'll have a look through everything and come back with a verdict once I've properly read through everything.
I'm finding Jimmy's post about analysing scum tactics really weird (I don't think it's scummy so much, just strange), given that we were only just starting to shift out of RVS. Like, what do you expect to look for? And besides, you're never gonna find scum from RVS, best way to transition out of it is to pressure any weird shit you see, and observe how everyone responds to the act of pressuring.
Agreeing with Viv, that Miu unvote was really weird, and I'm leaning scum on that play, just generally seems passive and cautious. PS: I was actually being serious when I asked whether this was a post restriction or just for fun.

I read page 5Miu Miu wrote:I was at lunch and didn't have time to read, but saw that vote counts were getting decently high and didn't want to be part of a prospective early wagon as I haven't formed many opinions quite yet, which is why I unvoted.
I have some work to attend to, but I will read more in depth later and hopefully post my insights.
Sorry for the delay
Yeah, Vivienne brought this up, but this is super cautious, and demonstrates a mindset of self-preservation at the expense of scumhunting. Also wtf, there were like 3 votes, in a game this big that isn't a huge amount.
Vivienne Westwood wrote:
Alas, allow me to teach you on a previous game.
Shannon Beiste acted like a noob in order to achieve the town aim.
Because of this, it is an easy playstyle to clone.
And this allows scum to earn cred, to sit upon their throne.
I didn't like Vivienne's original post where she voted me because it came off as if she were immediately labelling me a Beiste and not proceeding any further with her reasoning. Now she's presented some proper reasoning and it's actually half-decent in the early game, except for the fact that playing like Feg/Beiste, though easy to execute does not give easy towncred, especially in the wake of Feg pulling it off extremely well in POAMT set 1. A case in point is Meeps in Bravest Warriors, who played in exactly the same way, but received little towncred for it.
Yeah, Prada needs to explain that vote better (
Burberry seems on top of things
@Vivienne: Why does doing a shit job of baiting reactions make me even more suspect?
On Valentino's post: I must have missed something, what slip did Hermes make? Good point on Armani though.
Also it's ambiguous whether Bulagri's vote on me was totally due to RVS, as it came immediately after some of my troll posts. Also Burberry never said anything about finding scum on the wagon, just that it's worth noting- seems like a bit of a misrep to me.

Ok wow, page 6 was surprisingly contentless.I overlooked Prada explaining her vote because they were talking primarily about their vote on me... I don't know why that needs explanation, and the reasoning for the vote on Hermes is really weird- that's basically the reasoning behind RVS/semi-RVS voting, which is really poor, since at that point we had some leads to work with, not to mention Hermes had posted a fair bit of content. It just seems needlessly ineffectual.
lol @ Versace prod-doging and not posting, then saying that's exactly what he'd do as scum. I guess I'll take you at your word.
Miu Miu, Prada, Versace and Valentino are the ones I'm currently looking at (Valentino is the most debatable, but they really haven't contributed that much to the game- a lot of shit posts, not so much logic/scumhunting, and what there has been, I'm quite leery of).
For now, unvote

Miley Cyrus, get back to your wrecking ball!
This is no longer RVS. Please actually give some reasoning for your votes. We can't get anywhere if people don't actually put content in their posts.
Hermès wrote:
Calling Miu Miu's reasoning for being cautious invalid yet taking another day to make an "informed vote" is kind of irrelevant, especially when you gave pressure as a valid reason to vote someone. You don't need to be informed to pressure someone.
This seems contrary- demanding people explain their reasoning for votes then subsequently calling people out for not making a vote regardless of whether or not they're up to speed. If you make a vote solely for the sake of pressure, without having a proper read-through and understanding of the game's posts, it'll end up like one of the unexplained votes you've been jumping on all game (or something similar).
Also saying Versace practically claimed scum is actually quite a bit of an exaggeration- he certainly is worth looking into, but Emma Watson has a point in that there's a good chance it's a joke- a possibility which will be confirmed or destroyed when he actually posts.
Valentino I am also unsure of what you are getting at. While you're at it can you please explain that Hermes slip you mentioned before?
Miu fits the cautious scum archetype to a t.
Tiffany and Marchesa, you two are adorable and all, but we've got scumhunting to do.

Top scumread atm, and my vote is probably more useful here than on Versace, whose posts I'm growing more certain are a joke (inb4 somebody makes a sarcastic comment on how it was so obvious he was joking. But hey, you never know, I thought there was enough ambiguity there)

Really uncomfortable with Hermes' insistence on pressing the point on the Versace joke.
Hermès wrote:
That "yeah' no" is like the best reasoning I have seen all game. I didn't "CAUTIOUSLY TRY TO DEBUNK AN RVS WAGONNNN", I asked what the reasoning was because I wasn't following why the votes were on whoever the fuck they were on. I'm not hopping from "read to read". The whole "I would prod dodge if scum!!!" really seems like a "I am a scum prod dodging, but I am going to call attention away from it by using WIFOM logic and a joke!!!" Calling my vote weak but voting me and saying "yeah' no" is just dumb.
Valentino calling Hermes' post an attempt to debunk an RVS wagon is certainly not something I agree with. That said, Hermes I think is reading way too far into Versace's post and is ignoring the more likely explanation. At best it's misguided, at worst it's artificial, and hence scummy. Hermes, why is is that you rejected the idea that he was simply taking the opportunity to make a joke? From what I'm seeing you've jumped headfirst into a pool of WIFOM, when one of the explanations for those posts is far more probable than the other.
Also, Valentino may have a point in that Hermes does seem to be more aggressive towards people that are scumreading her, but that's something I'd need to double check, and I've still got to catch up on the last couple pages, so I won't do an iso just yet.
I can see where Bulgari is coming from in her townread on Hermes, because I'm getting the same vibe for similar reasons, but I think the play has been erratic enough to counterbalance that, so yeah, somthing I'd need to look into (iso, when I have time/can be bothered).
I'm gonna eat dinner now and catch up on the rest later

Oh wow, realised that should've said page 9, my bad. But I looked again and decided this was a really weird reaction to have, why so defensive about it?Jimmy Choo wrote:@ versace: why have you started by calling me new and then pretty much agreeing with the points I make. Being new shouldnt be a downfall to you if you agree with me, no need to shy away from that.
Page 10 now
Most of the content on this page revolves around Chanel/Armani chatting about Armani's RVS sheeping. Except that Chanel never really calls it that, and demands reasoning for it which is funny since it was still RVS really.
Fendi's reasoning for Tiffany as scum is just bad I mean, literally everything wrong. 3rd person=arrogant=scum? Really? And then that second point just doesn't make any sense. Could also plausibly be a really shitty chainsaw defense, especially if Hermes flips scum at some point in the game. Even now it makes me read you as scum.
That's a nice vote there Vera Wang, you better start explaining it.

Page 11I'm finding it kind of weird how Chanel is tunnelling Armani over that one post, maybe scummy, depends on what Chanel does next. Chanel, what are your thoughts on Armani now that he's responded to your questioning?
I was getting a Meepsy vibe from Versace before. Not interested in meta speculation because that's so unreliable in this format, but I want to call it now for when identities are revealed after the game. Also, unless Seb's changed the rules from set 1, you're allowed to speculate on identities but not reveal your own
Disagree with Miu that effort does not correlate to towniness, being proactive and aggressive in scumhunting is towny behaviour (Though ofc scum are able to post in such a way as well, it all depends on context obviously). Also noticed that they're not producing any of their own points, just agreeing with others. Agreeing with people would be fine, but you've got to produce your own content as well.
Marchesa's post doesn't have that much content, which is fine if you're trying to catch up on the game, but on the following page it's used as an excuse to get out of providing more content in response to Tiffany.
Lol@ Hermes. I'm really tired now so I'm not sure what to make of this, hopefully I'll be able to get around to properly reviewing their posts.

Tiffany wrote:What does Dior think about Vivienne? Tiffany would like to know. Has she given any town or scum vibe, or possible just null?
I'm kind of uncomfortable with the way they immediately jumped to the idea that I was aiming to Beiste in order to appear town. But that isn't enough to sway me one way or the other (especially since it was RVS), and apart from that, there isn't much to note. Their reads are fine, but on the other hand I'm not really getting a town vibe either. Null
Also (still page 12), I don't see what Jimmy's getting at with the read on Bulgari, since she did explain why she thought the wagon was garbage, even if it did require Valentino prodding her to do so. Also, his reply to Marchesa is based entirely on assumptions, ones which I don't see as being that solid

lol yeah I haven't read this page yet, I was just going through each page one by one and typing things I noticed as I go along. I'll come back to discussing that Jimmy postPage 13
wtf Fendi, annoying =/= scum
Not sure I'm cool with that second paragraph in Louis' post where he comments on no-one giving off scum vibes and thinking Miu is merely new. Seems pretty hedgy to me.
Ray's post is really shallow. I mean it's good to get some content from him, but that's still not a whole load
Agreeing with Prada's take on Fendi's unvote, especially since the notion of a post restriction should've been obvious and it had already been mentioned several times.
It's nice to see Prada is using her vote well and going to lengths to hunt scum- "Honestly I was just bored with the Dior vote" lol ok

Page 14 I'm back bitches. Spoiler tags because this might be a bit TL;DR- Spoiler:
Jumping straight to Miu's defence, I don't like how they describe their wagon as random. It shows they either don't fully understand it, or are misrepping it in order to discredit it.
Miu's got a point in targetting that Louis post, it was incredibly vague in the reasoning for hopping on the wagon (prob should've picked this up earlier).
However, it should be said that being conservative (even if we were to take them at their word) doesn't really excuse their play thus far. Prior to this page they've done absolutely no scumhunting of any kind. Even if you're a conservative player, you should still be able to ask questions and generally make progress.
The bulk of Miu's argument against Hermes seems to revolve around sudden shifts between serious posting and joviality, which I consider to be largely frivolous. The only point that I'd give the slightest credence to is the one about Hermes being overly defensive in that one post. Lol @ calling Hermes cautious. That's the last word I'd use to describe Hermes. Actually now that I think on it, that's quite an artificial call, since it requires ignoring Hermes recklessness throughout the entire game thus far.
Ok now I see what you're getting at in regards to Bulgari. Kind of. The only one I really see is this oneBulgari wrote:
Although Tiffany is still scummy (and it has nothing to do with his posting style), this needs some addressing.
Calling you scummy then not elaborating on it. Other than that the points Tiffany raises against Bulgari are pretty poor imo.
Like I said, the stance on the Hermes wagon was explained. I think that the reasons provided for the Louis vote were adequate. Also I really don't see how that post you're quoting is fence-sitting.
I'm semi-inclined to agree with Bulgari in calling your posts OMGUS. Also, you don't need to be voted to OMGUS (though it does contribute), all you really need is some decent FoS
Jimmy is really misrepping the Bulgari posts- calling those posts an attack? Come on... I don't see how calling the Hermes wagon garbage was out of context (though I did notice you're happy to quote Bulgari's posts out of context by ignoring the explanation for the townread on Hermes). Poor attempt at shifting views... frankly, that's an interpretation you can only make if you already think Bulgari is scum, which I don't.
Also the assumption(s) I was referring to was that scum in this game would not have been scum in the previous set and that they would be more cautious than usual.
I'm quite confident at least one of Tiffany or Jimmy is scum (maybe both, but I'm not sure), need to make up my mind on things.
Until I sort that out, I'd be happy with lynches on Miu, Prada, Louis or Fendi.
PS: I'd be surprised if half the game doesn't already know my PO identity yet

Ok, now I'd just like to unsay most of what I said last night because wow I'm retarded I completely missed the point of those posts. For some reason I got caught up on those "Hermes wagon is garbage comments" and overlooked the deal with the Tiffany vote. That makes 2/3 of your posts solid (I still think calling that fence-sitting is lousy) and yeah I actually do see what you're getting at this time, including with what you said just then about the OMGUS.
Also maybe calling Fendi, Louis and Prada lynch candidates was going a bit far- they're solid scumreads in my eyes, but it's dubious whether we have enough evidence yet to justify lynching them. lol at Prada being strong town. Of those 3 I just mentioned, she's the one I feel is worst, just generally making no effort to scumhunt and demonstrating total apathy to where their vote is placed and why.
This is what playing at midnight when you're tired af gets you.
@Jimmy: lol what difference does a question mark make? Asking someone to explain does not constitute an attack at all, there's no indication that they're attempting to shift any kind of suspicion onto Prada.
Also I'm not implying anything, I'm merely highlighting what I considered to be fallacious assumptions (moreso that scum would be more cautious than otherwise due to unfamiliarity with the setup). There's no reason why scum from the previous POAM can't be scum here, and I don't see why they'd be unusually cautious- just because we don't know who's who and hence can't refer to meta, doesn't mean that the game is somehow fundamentally different.
